Lagi serious pembeli terhadap pembelian, lagi dia sanggup bayar earnest deposit yang tinggi.<br \/>\nBagi subsale, deposit maksima yang diperlukan adalah 3% beserta SST transaksi 8% (3% x 8% 0.24%). Maka jumlah ED adalah 3.24% daripada harga hartanah yang dipersetujui. ED memang sangat perlu bagi menunjukkan keyakinan terhadap penjual bahawa pembeli sangat serious<br \/>\nuntuk membuat transaksi belian. Ini kerana, apabila penerimaan deposit, penjual tidak boleh menerima mana2 pihak lain juga mendeposit ke atas rumah yang sama sehinggalah loan diluluskan. Ianya memakan masa sekiranya berlaku pembatalan jualan dari pihak pembeli,<br \/>\npihak penjual akan mengalami kerugian dari segi MASA menunggu dan kehilangan pembeli berpotensi yang lain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ED perlu dibayar ke mana?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ED perlu di bayar ke dalam akaun yang mempunyai perkataan &#8220;CLIENT&#8221; pada nama account bank syarikat hartanah yang berdaftar dengan LPPEH.
